Smooth & Shiny!!

This gloss literally applies like silk. It’s not sticky AT ALL. It’s not tacky AT ALL. Ugh, love to see it! It’s so smooth and refreshing, I’m basically using it all the time like I would use a chapstick- pretty, shiny chapstick lol
